How much does U.S. shipping cost?

We offer a flat rate of $10.00 Shipping on all orders.

How does my order ship?

All orders ship with the Pirate Ship which should take 2-5 days to arrive. Priority shipping is an available shipping option as well. It should take 2-3 days to arrive. We will ship your order very quickly, but these times are dependent on the Pirate Ship and please be aware that they do not always meet them.

Your order will ship via the Pirate Ship. We use Pirate Ship because it is the least expensive option available. In a world where shipping costs continue to rise, we are always searching for ways to keep your shipping costs as low as possible.

When will my order arrive?

Your order will ship out very quickly. Priority mail orders will usually arrive in 2-3 business days after leaving the soap room. Ground Advantage orders usually take 2-5 days.

The only time our speedy shipping is a problem is if you make an error or forget to add something to your order, so please check your order carefully before submitting.

Can I track my package?

We encourage you to track your package. When your order is shipped, we email you a tracking number. If you do not receive this tracking email within 2 business days of placing your order, first check your spam folder and then please contact us.

You can use the tracking number to track your package at http://usps.com.

What if I don’t receive my package?

If your package does not arrive, first check your tracking number online. Then if needed, contact your local post office with the tracking number. We do not have any more information on the location of your package than is shown by the tracking number. Your post office is the only one who can locate your package for you.

If the post office is unable to locate your package, please contact us then so we can make sure you receive what you ordered.

How do I ship to a different address?

  1. Add all your items to your Cart.
  2. Start the Checkout process.
  3. On the “shipping” page of the checkout process, at the top, it will say “ship to” then the selected address.
    1. If this is the correct address, proceed.
    2. If this is not the correct address, click on the “change” link on the right.
    3. Update the shipping address to the correct one.
  4. Check your order confirmation to confirm the correct shipping address was entered.
  5. Email us at orders@sandvigacrefarm.com immediately if the shipping address is incorrect.
